• The Controller (in terms of processing personal data) is Glaxi Pane srl, with offices, and where the processing will be carried out, at Via Einstein, 21/A-35010 Cadoneghe (PD), Italy;

• The purpose of the processing is to collect contact data and other information useful in assessing the data subject’s characteristics;

• The data collected may be processed by Glaxi Pane srl, as well as those companies connected to it, in order to assess the characteristics that you indicate;

Furthermore, in order to ensure proper and transparent processing, we inform you that:

• the data subject may, at any time, revoke his/her consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to it being revoked;

• the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority;

• the data collected will also be processed for legal purposes, related to civil, fiscal and accounting regulations, and for the administrative management of the relationship, and also to fulfil any contractual obligations, to manage archives, to manage correspondence and other operational and strategic marketing purposes;

• no profiling processes are envisaged related to the data entered here.
