    The recipe very tasty toast with the carrè Roma multigrain grosso invented by Cardio Chef Franco Ruggero.

    Ingredients

    • CAR67 Carrè Roma multigrain grosso

    • Cream of yellow peppers

    • Mortadella with pistachios

    • Cheddar cheese

    • Grilled aubergines

    • Slices of bacon

    • Lettuce Gentilina

    How to serve you

    1. Spread a layer of creamy yellow peppers on a slice of bread with a spatula.

    2. Cut the hot grilled aubergines into strips and place them on top.

    3. Roll out 3 thin slices of cheddar cheese.

    4. Lay down 2 slices of mortadella with pistachios.

    5. Wash, cut and place the salad leaves on top.

    6. Close with a slice of bread.

    7. Heat in a plate at 180°C for 3/4 minutes.

    8. Cut the bread into 2 parts or leave it whole.

    9. Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board.
