    The recipe: PANINO DOLCE LUNGO

    Ingredients

    • PAN17 Panino dolce lungo

    • Cream of yellow peppers

    • Julienne cut carrots

    • 3 Fresh red cherry tomatoes

    • 2 fresh lettuce Gentile leaves

    • 1 leaf of fresh Treviso radicchio

    • 2 slices of grilled zucchini

    How to serve you

    1. Using a spatula, spread a layer of creamy yellow peppers on the base of the bread.

    2. Place the two slices of hot grilled zucchini on top of the cream of yellow peppers.

    3. Wash, cut the fresh radicchio leaves from Treviso and place them on top of the zucchini.

    4. Wash, cut the fresh tomatoes into slices and place them on top of each other.

    5. Wash, cut the fresh carrots into juliennes and place them on top.

    6. Laying down a leaf of fresh Gentle Salad.

    7. Close with the lid of bread.

    8. For those who want it hot: cook in an oven at 180°C for 3/4 minutes.

    9. Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board
