Gastronomic mayonnaise
Rocket salad
Salmon
3 fresh red tomatoes
1 Sliced mozzarella
1 Fresh red pepper
1 Fresh yellow pepper
1 Sliced and grilled zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil as required
Cut the slice of tramezzino in half.
Spread a layer of gastronomic mayonnaise with a spatula.
Place 4 slices of salmon on top of the mayonnaise.
Slice the grilled zucchini and place them on top.
Wash, cut into strips the fresh red and Yellow peppers and place them on top.
Spread out slices of mozzarella and place them on top of each other.
Extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Roll the sandwich from the short side to the end.
Cut diagonally at the center of the rolled shape.
After cutting, two tramezzinis are formed as follows.
Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board.
