    Ingredients

    • TRA08 Tramezzino integrale with wholemeal flour

    • Cream of yellow peppers

    • Beef fragments

    • 7 Fresh red cherry tomatoes

    • 10 Basil leaves

    How to serve you

    1. Cut the slice of tramezzino in half.

    2. Spread with a spatula a layer of cream of yellow peppers.

    3. Place the beef fragments evenly on top of the cream.

    4. Wash, cut the fresh tomatoes into slices and place them on top of each other.

    5. Wash, cut the basil leaves and place them on top of the cherry tomatoes.

    6. Roll up the slice from the short side to the end.

    7. Cut diagonally at the center of the rolled shape.

    8. After cutting, two tramezzinis are formed.

    9. Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a chopping board.

    10. Enjoy your meal.
