Fresh cream cheese
Emmenthal cheese
Toasted onion
Julienne carrots
Typical venetian soppressa
Spread a layer of fresh cream cheese on a slice of bread with a spatula.
Lay 4 slices of soppressa on top of the cheese.
Wash, cut the julienne carrots and place them on top.
Spread thinly sliced Emmenthal slices.
Put some pieces of toasted onion in the pan.
Close with a slice of bread.
Heat in a plate at 180°C for 3/4 minutes.
Cut the bread into 2 parts or leave it whole.
Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board.
