    The recipe RIFILATO GROSSO

    The recipe very tasty Club Sandwich with the rifilato grosso invented by Cardio Chef Franco Ruggero.

    Ingredients

    • RIF10 rifilato grosso

    • Cream of yellow peppers

    • 3 Slices of cheddar cheese

    • 1 Boiled egg

    • 4 Slices of turkey rump

    • 3 Leaves of lettuce gentile

    • Black pepper in grains as required.

    How to serve you

    1. Using a spatula, spread a layer of creamy yellow peppers on the base of the bread.

    2. Cut a hard-boiled egg into vertical slices and place on top of the cream.

    3. Black pepper as required.

    4. Place the slice of bread on top of it.

    5. Spread 3 slices of cheddar cheese over the slice of bread

    6. Lay 4 slices of turkey rump on top of the cheese

    7. Close with the lid of bread

    8. Cook in an oven or plate at 180°C for 3/4 minutes

    9. Go out and place the leaves of the gentle salad under the lid bread

    10. Close

    11. Cut the bread into 2 or 4 triangles and fix them with a long toothpick

    12. Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board

    13. Enjoy your meal
