Cut the slice of tramezzino in half.
Spread a layer of gastronomic mayonnaise with a spatula.
Wash, cut into strips the salad with the cabbage and place them on top of the mayonnaise.
Wash, cut the fresh carrots into juliennes and place them on top.
Wash, cut the radicchio leaves from Treviso and place them on top of them.
Roll out some pieces of toasted onion.
Extra virgin olive oil as required.
Roll the sandwich from the short side to the end.
Cut diagonally at the center of the rolled shape.
After cutting, two sandwiches are formed as follows.
Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board.
