Gastronomic mayonnaise
Leaves of salad gentilina
Julienne cut carrots
5 Slices of soppressa veneta
Cut the slice of sandwich in half.
Spread a layer of gastronomic mayonnaise cream with a spatula.
Wash, cut and place the leaves of salad gentilina on top.
Wash, cut the carrots into juliennes and place them on top of each other.
Spread 5 slices of soppressa veneta.
Close with the other slice on the lid.
Once the rectangle has been obtained, cut in half to obtain two squares, press lightly on the sides.
Proceed to the diagonal cut of the tramezzino.
After cutting, four triangular tramezzinis are formed.
Serve to customers with napkins on a plate or on a cutting board.
