    The recipe: Schiacciata with sesame

    The recipe for a light but very tasty schiacciata invented by Cardio Chef Franco Ruggero. A recipe that doesn’t ask you to choose between diet and flavour, because we have selected healthy ingredients that, together, deliver huge satisfaction to the palate.

    What you need

    • 1 Schiacciata sesame SCH13 - Glaxi Pane

    • 3 slices of seasoned ham

    • 5/6 leaves of trevigian radish

    • 3 lettuce leaves

    • pieces of cherry tomatoes enough as required

    • julienne cutted carrot as required

    • extra virgin olive oil as required

    How to prepare the panino

    1. Cut the Schiacciata in half.

    2. Spread a layer of chickpeas hummus ay the base of the bread.

    3. Stuff with ham, vegetables and olive oil. .

    4. Cook in the oven at 170°C for 3/4 minutes.
